Privacy notice

How TGF Digital handles website enquiries and technical information.

Who is responsible

TGF Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17464775. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. For questions about your information, email start@xpose.online.

Your project enquiry

The project brief composer lets you prepare text in your browser. It keeps drafts in page memory while that page remains open; it does not save them to browser storage or submit them to us. Copying a brief uses your device clipboard. Opening an email draft passes the text to your email application. We receive the information when you send an email, including your email address and anything you include. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Why we use information

We use business enquiries to respond, understand the project and discuss an engagement. Where applicable, this is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We also rely on our legitimate interests in managing business correspondence and maintaining a secure website.

Website delivery and providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services process connection information such as IP address, browser information and requests to deliver the pages and prevent abuse. Email service providers handle correspondence. Providers may operate internationally; contact us if you need more information about the processing of a particular enquiry. We may disclose information when required by law.

Storage and measurement

We have not installed advertising pixels, session recording or optional analytics scripts on this website. Security cookies may be set by the hosting infrastructure. Read our cookie and storage notice for the current behaviour.

How long we keep it

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The nature of the enquiry, whether it becomes a project and any legal requirements determine that period.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to or restrict processing. Other rights, including portability, depend on the circumstances and legal basis. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us if you have a concern so we can investigate.

Changes to this notice

Updated 3 October 2026. We will revise this notice if the website’s enquiry, tracking or storage behaviour changes.
